Starke “Tracy” Taylor, III, founded the Move It companies in 2013 as a new venture after a four-decade partnership in the storage industry operating under the tradename Watson & Taylor Self Storage. Over forty years, Watson & Taylor acquired and developed multiple asset classes of real estate, including developing, acquiring, operating, and selling more than 100 self-storage properties. Move It’s senior management team are all Watson & Taylor alumni.
